Aging Services
Our aging services are tailored to the needs of individuals as they age or move into retirement.
Services include:
Consultations to discuss options and services both in the agency and community
Help with understanding Health Care Proxies, Medical Orders for Life-Sustaining Treatment (MOLST), and the process involved
Supportive Services during times of grief
Help with the Guardianship process
Activities such as Food Fun and Fitness, Senior Recreation Events, Picnics
Fall Prevention Assessments and education
Training
Senior Companionship Program
Education on caring for the aging population

Silver Connections
Silver Connections, a division of The Arc Ontario, is a social adult day program located in Canandaigua, New York providing a welcoming, caring environment for aging adults. Families can rest assured that their loved ones are socially engaged, supported, and safe throughout the day.
